Madhusudan Nayak
Co-Founder
Two decades across strategy, execution, product development and go-to-market. He also mentors senior industry leaders on the same problem Udgam exists to solve — closing the gap between a strategy on paper and the execution that has to follow it.
Anand Khot
Co-Founder
Three decades in HR consulting and in mentoring startups, including close to a decade in the UK and Europe with enterprise organisations such as Patni, Dell and IBM. He has spent that career on the hiring side of the gap Udgam is built to close.
