What this site is, and what it is not.
Udgam has not launched. This page covers the use of this website today, and states plainly which things described elsewhere on it are built, committed, or projected.
Note before launch: this page states Udgam’s position in plain language. It is not yet a lawyer-reviewed terms document. Full platform terms will be published before launch in Q1 2027, and any agreement you sign before then — a letter of intent or a memorandum of understanding — is a separate document with its own terms.
Status of what you are reading
Three categories, and which is which.

Where a figure on this site is a projection rather than an observed result, the page it appears on says so, and the assumptions behind it are published. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee of a commercial outcome.

What you may do
- Read, share and quote this site, with attribution
- Submit a form to start a conversation with us
- Use the figures on the press page in reporting, with the sources cited alongside them
- Ask us for the underlying assumptions behind any number here
What you may not do
- Present Udgam as a live platform, or as having outcomes it has not yet produced
- Use the Udgam name or mark to imply a partnership that does not exist
- Submit another person's details through a form without their knowledge
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site
Agreements that are not these terms
Three separate documents, each with its own terms.

Intellectual property
Who owns what on this site.
The Udgam name, the mark, the wordmark and the content of this site belong to Udgam. The product specification described here is our own work.
Statistics attributed to third-party sources — the Unstop Talent Report, TeamLease, the India Skill Development Report and government data — belong to their publishers and are cited on the press page.
On the platform itself, intellectual property arising from student projects, faculty content and joint innovation work is governed by the specific agreement for that engagement, using one of four standard models agreed before any work begins. Nothing on this site overrides those.
