Writing the listing
Describe the work in your own words. The platform does the rest.
- Title, type, and a description of the work
- Skills you think it needs — free text is fine
- Stipend, or 'learning credit only'
- Duration, working hours, and whether it is remote, on-site or hybrid
- Your district and state
- How many students you can take, and the application deadline
- The learning outcomes this work develops, suggested from your description — you confirm or adjust
- The cognitive level of work expected, using a three-option selector you can complete in two minutes
- A minimum access tier recommendation, so you are not flooded with unsuitable applicants
- Matching against every eligible student across every partner institution
What kind of work will the student actually do?
Mostly follow instructions and execute defined tasks

Review a ranked shortlist
Applicants arrive ranked by capability match. Each card shows their verified strengths, access tier, top attainments and relevant history — not a résumé you have to interpret.Select and onboard
The platform generates the internship agreement, a learning plan with objectives and deliverable dates, and a supervisor contact sheet. You sign, the student signs, the institution signs.Mid-point check-in
At the halfway mark you complete a short progress rubric, generated from the outcomes in your listing. The student submits a reflection. The faculty supervisor can flag problems while there is still time to fix them.Completion

Why the rubrics are worth your fifteen minutes
The mid-point and final rubrics are what convert your engagement into academic credit for the student. Without them it is work experience; with them it counts toward their degree. That is the single biggest reason strong students choose an MSME listing over an unstructured one.

What the review team checks
The rules exist so that students trust MSME listings as much as corporate ones.
Minimum stipend
Paid internships must offer at least ₹5,000 a month. Below that, list under the Skill-Credit Exchange instead — it is free and honest.
No misleading claims
About compensation, the role, or the status of your organisation. Corrections are welcome; misrepresentation is not.
No discriminatory requirements
Nothing based on caste, religion or gender. Listings with these are rejected and can be resubmitted without them.
Realistic duration
The work has to be doable in the time you have stated, alongside a student's coursework.
Genuine learning exposure
For unpaid listings specifically, the team verifies the work develops real skills rather than absorbing unpaid labour.
Valid contact details
A working business contact. Applications should never disappear into a personal number nobody answers.
