3-Year Early Access Programme
Find them in Year 1. Watch them for three years. Hire them before anyone else knows they exist.
This changes the campus dynamic completely. Instead of guessing on two hundred strangers in three days, you arrive with twenty-four months of verified performance data on ten students you have been following.
- Quarterly watchlist updates
- PPO pipeline tooling
- Student-controlled, always
How it works
Five steps, spread across three years.
Discovery
You find a promising student — through a strong hackathon submission, a cognitive-depth search, an innovation project that impressed you, or a genuinely sharp question in a guest lecture Q&A.Watchlisting
One click adds them to your watchlist. The student is notified: your company name is visible to them, though the individual recruiter is not. That notification is a powerful motivator — watched students engage far more actively.Automated updates
You receive a structured update on each watchlisted student — quarterly, monthly or weekly depending on your tier. Tier changes, attainment movements, completed internships with ratings, competition results.Internship conversion
When their profile meets your criteria, extend an internship offer directly from the watchlist. The platform then tracks the internship with mid-point and final rubrics. The PPO decision
You are now deciding with three years of watched performance plus a rated internship. Issue a pre-placement offer, or return them to the regular pool. Either way, it is an informed decision.

The PPO pipeline
Six stages, tracked on both sides.
01 Discovery
You viewed the profile, watchlisted them, or met them through your hackathon.
02 Engagement
They applied to your internship, or attended your guest lecture and submitted a reflection.
03 Internship active
Selected and in progress. Your supervisor submits a mid-point rubric.
04 Internship completed
Final rubric in. A score at or above 4.0 out of 5 flags them as PPO-ready to you and the TPO.
05 PPO offered
You extend a formal offer through the platform, with a validity window you set.
06 Accepted or declined
Recorded on both sides. Your acceptance rate over time becomes an employer-brand signal you can act on.
What corporate HR can do
- Issue a formal PPO through the platform, with an acceptance link and a validity period
- See which students accepted and which declined
- Track your PPO acceptance rate over time — a high decline rate tells you your offer is not competitive
- Hand the whole pipeline to the institution's TPO as a shared view, not an email thread
Why institutions actively want this
The PPO rate is the single most prestigious placement metric an Indian university can report. A partner who systematically produces pre-placement offers is not a vendor to them — it is the relationship their dean will protect. That is why your access improves the longer you stay.
On the student's side
This only works because the student is in control of it.
They know who is watching
Your company name is visible to them; the individual recruiter is not. Students consistently report this as a motivator rather than an intrusion.
They can leave a watchlist
At any time, without explanation. They can also switch off corporate visibility entirely, which is respected absolutely — you will not see them even in aggregate.
They filter by sector
A student can choose to receive watchlist notifications only from sectors they care about. It keeps the signal high on both sides.
A student who did your hackathon in Year 1, interned with you in Year 2 and delivered quality work has a very high probability of accepting a pre-placement offer — before final-year placement season even begins.
